So this is the third email I have submitted. Long story short, I paid for the CN28 in May and never received any correspondence and so I didn’t get to participate at all.
I emailed Coach K and never heard back, I emailed through this link, and never heard anything back (10 days ago now) and I contacted Kenya Stevens through Facebook. She was gracious enough to direct me to email Sharon Denice but the message I sent came back to me stating that her box was full. I also tried calling but could not get through without a password.
I would really like a refund of the $27 I paid. I have never had any issues with purchasing from you guys before and love what JujuMama represents but I have to say that this is most unprofessional and frustrating and you are about to lose a supporter.
Please get back to me.
